Is there a registration deadline?
Yes. We must have a minimum number of campers registered by June 1st, 2019.

Is Transportation Provided?
Yes! We will be picking the campers up and dropping them off from a convenient central location TBA.

How much does this cost?
Aside from the $125.00 deposit we ask families to pay what they can afford up to the full amount of $825.00 (including the deposit) LPO and The Tanamakoon Foundation will work with Camp Maple Leaf to subsidize the rest so that all children can go.

Can siblings attend without their LP sibling?

Is there a nurse on site?
Yes, we have a registered nurse on site who cares for all of your children’s medical needs. From bandaids, to medications our nurse lives on site 24/7

Is this camp new?
2017 was the first year for Camp LPO and is the first of it’s kind in Canada. However, the umbrella camp, Camp Maple Leaf has been around since 1955. It is an Ontario Camps Association accredited camp and the Camp Director, April Young has been directing camps for children with special needs for over 20 years. You can read all about Camp Maple Leaf on the website: (Please note that all camp activities will be modified so that all campers can participate to the fullest!)
